Account holders, sign in to Online Account Access and go to Account Summary* to make a payment. Online Bill Payment allows you to store your checking or savings account for future payments, view the status of payments made online, and update your contact information.
A one time payment option is available for individuals who wish to make a payment without signing in to Online Account Access. To use this feature you will need to know the account holder’s account number and the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number associated with the account.**
*The account summary provides information on Federal loans only. Perkins, institutional, emergency, and private education loan information is not included on the summary page at this time.
**The one time payment does not provide access to any account information and does not store information for future use. A one time payment cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been submitted. For payments made to a spousal consolidation loan and cosigned private education loan, you will need to know the account number and last 4 digits of the Social Security Number associated with the primary’s (or student borrower’s) account.
