School/Lender Web Access FAQ’s:
If I already access Web Reports or other online products, how do I obtain a user id and password?
There is a one time process you will use to transfer our current sign-in credentials from the Windows Live ID to a new user id you set up. We will then “transfer” your current settings to the new user id upon successful completion of the process.
- Select “Use your existing Windows Live ID”.
- You will then be directed to the current log in page where you will use your Passport ID to sign in.
- After a successful sign in, you will be directed to the log in page.
Follow these Steps to Establish a New User ID and Password:
- Set up a user id of at least 6 characters. You may use your school or lender email address as your user id, for example, jane.doe@school.edu or another user id, as long as it is a minimum of 6 characters.
- Establish an 8 character minimum length password for your user id containing letters, numbers, and at least one special character.
- Enter your school or lender email address when you complete the online form, for example, jane.doe@school.edu.
- The system will return a PIN number for your user id on the computer screen. Please make note of the PIN and retain the PIN in a secure location. The PIN number is required if you forget your password, forget your user name or wish to change your password.
- Use your new user id and password to sign in and accept the Terms and Conditions when you are directed to the log in page.
- Start using your new user id and password for future visits.
Will there be any new terms and conditions for the web site?
Yes, the web site will require you to accept Terms and Conditions when you first log in. Accepting the Terms and Conditions will give you access to Web Reports and online products. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions, you will be unable to access Web Reports or the online products.
To maintain an active account, you will be asked to log in at least once every 90 days. We’ll send you an email before your account expires to remind you to log in. We also recommend you change your password every 90 days.
